COVID-19 Update:  We are still operating and shipping orders worldwide as normal. During this time however, it is not uncommon to experience short delays on the processing and transit portion of your shipment. This can directly impact and delay even Overnight and 2Day shipments. Shipping Methods & Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Hydrotone.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). The shipping charge will be based on the delivery method you choose.

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12 p.m. PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

United States

Standard Ground, (Up to 5 business days) – Free on orders over $99 (48 Contiguous US States)

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within about 5 (but up to 7) full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Expedited Ground, (Up to 4 business days)

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Expedited Ground service (FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail). You can expect your order to arrive within 4 full business days (5 on rare occasions). Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico

USPS Priority, (3-8 business days)

Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority Service, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

P.O. Boxes

*The customer responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

You will be charged at time of order for items purchased with a credit card or debt/bank card immediately upon order confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

When can you track your order?

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 24 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.

Orders placed on Hydrorevolution.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, your Order History on Hydrorevolution.com will not offer tracking information but will still offer order status and other details. To learn the difference between tracking information and order status, please read the information provided below.

Finding Your Order Status

The status of your order is easy to find.

Check your email. You are required to enter an email address during checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order.

Visit the website. You may sign in at Hydrorevolution.com.com for your Order History at any time, if you created a password during your order. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.

How is order status different from tracking information?

The status of your order is supplied by Hydrotone.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx or U.S. Postal Service) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

Item Availability

The availability of an item is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as “In Stock”. Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. For more information, please read the details below.

In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Please note: expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse no later than the end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Delivery of Your Items

Delivery time of purchased items depends on your location and designated shipping method. We generally do not require orders be signed for, but this can also be at the option of the carrier. We suggest that you have a safe place for your carrier to leave packages you are otherwise unable to collect.

Items are only shipped during regular business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you receive an email notifying you that your items have been shipped during a weekend or federal holiday, they will not actually be shipped until the following business day.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

Once submitted, orders can’t be cancelled or refunded until you’ve received your shipment. We have a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your Hydrotone product, send it back for an exchange or a refund. It’s that easy. Please note: due to the nature of our Instant Video Downloads, they are final sale and cannot be returned. To return or exchange your equipment, please give our Customer Service Team a call at 866.603.1156 (US) or email [email protected]. We will provide you an RA# and directions for sending the product back to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and refunds are for equipment cost only.

Exchanges (within 30 days of purchase)

If you wish to exchange an item and the item values are different, you must return the item by following the return instructions above. If you are wanting to exchange items of equal value please contact our Customer Service department at 866-603-1156 or at [email protected] to arrange for the replacement item shipped upon receipt of the current item.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

*Please be aware that the customer is responsible for payment of any local customs or duties collected in the destination country, when applicable. If package is refused and returned to us, you maybe eligible for refund of the equipment price, minus original shipping and any return shipping surcharges.

WARRANTY POLICY

This warranty covers defects in manufacture and materials in your new and genuine Hydrotone exercise products purchased through Hydrotone.com or an authorized re-seller or any of its subsidiaries. This warranty covers the initial purchaser and user only and lasts for a duration of one year or less (“Warranty Period”) beginning from the purchase date considered as the date the purchase is completed and delivered to the initial purchaser and user. Due to the differences in aquatic environments to which the equipment is used and levels of care, ware items (Neoprene Pads and Hook & Loop Straps), are not covered under this warranty. Subject to the limitations described below, Hydrorevolution will repair or replace any defective equipment covered by this warranty or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser at its discretion.

This warranty does not cover any problems which result from accident, neglect, modification, abuse or misuse of the product such as in ways described in the set up and use instructions, exposure to variations in ambient environmental conditions, impact damage, normal wear and tear, indentations, scratches or surface damage, product deterioration or variations in color or marking that are ordinarily expected based on ordinary use or develop over time because of natural processes such as exposure to sunlight, aquatic chemicals and damage caused to products during shipping.
